JOB DESCRIPTION
International Laser Group, Inc. is hiring an experienced Human Resources Administrator for its Woodland Hills, CA manufacturing facility to manage all aspects of HR administration, recruiting, and employee relations.  The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic self-starter who is detail-oriented, possesses good organizational and communication skills, and must be fluent in English and Spanish.

Founded in 1989, International Laser Group, Inc. has grown into a multi-million dollar leader in the printer supplies industry.  Today, the company is one of America’s top manufacturers of Hewlett-Packard compatible imaging products, offering a huge selection of laser toner cartridges, MICR toner cartridges, Inkjet cartridges and thermal transfer products for all the most popular printers and fax machines.  The Woodland Hills, CA facility is home to the company’s national outbound telesales center, as well as housing corporate administration and manufacturing.
JOB DESCRIPTION
•    Ensure compliance with Federal, State and local laws.
•    Files EEO-1 annually; maintains other records within EEO regulations.
•    Assist in attendance reports and make badges on Time Guardian Pro.
•    Manage New Hire Orientation; process all new hire paperwork.
•    Process Worker’s compensation and FMLA paperwork on a timely basis.
•    Manage completion and updating of OSHA logs as needed.
•    Respond to employment verifications.
•    Maintain current I-9 documentation and binders for all employees.
•    Responsible for tasks related to recruiting and staffing such as posting open positions; screening applications and resumes for qualifications.
•    Be a valuable and trusted resource to employee seeking guidance on questions related to benefits and company policies, procedures and practices.  
JOB REQUIREMENTS
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
•    At least 3 years of administrative experience and a minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience.
•    Bachelor degree or Certification in Human Resources required.
•    Strong employee relationship skills.
•    Always maintain confidentially of work records.
•    Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
•    Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a must
