Battle Cmd Training Analyst / Developer - TS/09590...

Training analyst/developer working to develop and maintain the U.S. Army Battle Command Training Strategy (BCTS) and Implementation Plan. Content in both the strategy and plan will address battle command training, integration, and readiness requirements for units and Battle Command Training Centers (BCTCs). Develop and provide analysis of metrics for equipment and manning of BCTCs across the Army. Basic Minimum Qualifications: * Must be MEL 4, Command and General Staff College (CGSC) graduate, and possess at least a bachelors degree. * 15-20 years of experience * Must have military experience in one of the services within the last five years * Must have experience as a battle staff officer at Battalion TF level or higher echelon * Must have experience with training battle staffs. * Must have a secret clearance Assets: * Experience with the Systems Approach to Training (SAT) and ASAT processes * Experience in planning and executing military training exercises * Experience with ABCS (Army Battle Command System) * OIF or OEF experience Security Clearance Required.
