Senior Director, Intel Recruiting - 42068

Duties and Responsibilities: The Senior Director recruiting position reports to the Corporate Senior Vice President Recruiting and Workforce Planning.  This person oversees the entire recruiting function supporting the National Solutions Group (NSG).   The Senior Director leads and manages the NSG recruiting team - 19 recruiters located in Virginia and Maryland who provide full-life cycle recruiting in support of NSGs six division groups all run by VP/SVPs.  This person supervises seven direct reports - all are at the manager or lead level.      The Senior Director is responsible for the day-to-day operations and filling all NSG job requisitions in a timely manner.  This person provides standard and ad hoc recruiting reports as needed and runs the monthly recruiting meeting for CACI senior leadership.   The Senior Director develops and successfully executes recruiting strategies and plans including security clearance centric hiring events.  This person is the recruiting subject matter expert for Intel group and represents Corporate Recruiting at all Intel recruiting meetings and functions.   Required Qualifications: A Bachelors degree or equivalent, and 10 to 12 years related recruiting experience is preferred, with at least five years of management experience. Must have ability to build an effective team. Must have experience in preparing reports and briefings. Experience managing large recruiting teams with high volume and quick turnaround. Experience recruiting for a variety of Intelligence related positions around the world. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Taleo preferred) and OFCCP regulations.
