DescriptionKey Role:
Support a large federal organization in assessing and enhancing their Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) programs at research laboratories or hospitals. Assist with activities, including risk assessments, OSH training, facility technical support, kick-off meetings, conducting onsite evaluation activities, and writing reports. Provide analysis for the development of OSH compliance protocols, policies, and guidance. Develop and provide OSH training to facility personnel and auditors. Provide broader agency level OSH program support related to OSH compliance improvement, risk mitigation, training, and guidance development.QualificationsBasic Qualifications: -7+ years of experience in a professional work environment, including with laboratories or hospitals -3+ years of experience with assisting organizations in OSH compliance and risk management -Experience with OSH compliance programs in laboratories or hospitals -Knowledge of OSHA regulations and federal, state, local, and industry OSH regulations and standards -Ability to obtain a security clearance -BA or BS degree   Additional Qualifications: -Experience with conducting OSH inspections and audits -Experience in working with management and line staff -Ability to be organized -Ability to work independently -Certified Safety Professional (CSP) -Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH)   Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.   Integrating the full range of consulting capabilities, Booz Allen is the one firm that helps clients solve their toughest problems, working by their side to help them achieve their missions.
