Support a government client in all facets of learning strategy and instructional design. Apply experience with the analysis and research of a clients performance needs, including performance expectations, resources, learning needs, learning gaps, and tasks and the available approaches, software, technology, and infrastructure available to meet client needs. Support the design of curricula according to instructional principles, client objectives, and program objectives. Perform the development practices that are structured, streamlined, and well-communicated to the team according to best practices for instructor-led training (ILT), Web-based training (WBT), virtual classroom, job aids, quick reference materials, and exercises. Conduct implementation practices surrounding the production of educational materials, structuring content roll out to instructors, facilitators, and students, and general project management criteria associated with a training program. Use the evaluation techniques applicable to a clients requirement whether basic knowledge checks or all levels 1 - 4 of the Kirkpatrick Model. Apply knowledge of SCORM and Section 508 and experience with implemented training for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. This position is located in Dayton, OH.QualificationsBasic Qualifications: -7+ years of experience in a professional environment as a training strategist, instructional designer, training developer, or consultant -5+ years of experience with the development of training on Oracle Supply Chain ERP systems -Ability to obtain a security clearance -BA or BS degree required   Additional Qualifications: (Preferred) -Experience with ERP training authoring tools, including UPK or uPerform -MA or MS degree in Education, Instructional Technology, or a related field   Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.   Integrating the full range of consulting capabilities, Booz Allen is the one firm that helps clients solve their toughest problems, working by their side to help them achieve their missions.
