Recruiter - Experienced

We are looking for an experienced recruiter who has worked for a 3 rd party recruiting firm and has a documented track record of success over the past few years. This person will join our very successful & tenured team. We are located in the Port St Lucie area of Florida.

JOB DESCRIPTION 

This position will work within one of our existing niche markets. We are open to looking at other niche markets that fit the background of the candidate. Candidates will have a minimum of two years experience in recruiting and a college degree is preferred. The successful candidate will have:

·       Experience in both obtaining search assignments and recruiting candidates

·       Have a successful track record; 

·       Good interpersonal and relationship building skills;

·       A high energy level;

·       Computer and internet literacy

·       The ability to multi-task.

Our recruiters enjoy annual billings between $300K and $800K.
