Senior Staffing Director - 5242

Position Responsibilities:

Reporting to the VP Human Resources of a rapidly growing worldwide leader in electrical components. The Senior-Staffing Director is responsible for providing strategic and tactical support for global senior staffing.  Senior Staffing Director will work closely with Executive Leadership and business unit leaders to understand the business strategies, seek input, and implementation of the global staffing plan.  This global position requires strong leadership and “hands on” approach with an understanding of how to attract, close, deliver and onboard high level senior candidates.  Develops and assesses recruitment and staffing requirements, manages staff, sets goals.  Deals with complex issues, compensation and benefits packages.     

Background Required:

·         Varied Business Background (Operations, Sales, Manufacturing) including senior level recruiting (20 years)

·         Successful track record recruiting at senior and executive level in a world class organization

·         Executive Compensation Package knowledge

·         Education: BS from a top university (strong academics required)

·         Travel: 30%

·         Residence: Philadelphia, PA area (relocation assistance provided)

Background Preferred (but not required):

·         High tech industry and/or fortune 100+

·         Masters Degree
