LSS Master Black Belt Consultant, TS/SCI (40560)

The individual will support senior government executives in the development of the organizations strategy and business process as it relates to implementation and sustainment of the Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Program.  They will assist with the development, collection, analysis, and reporting of performance metrics for completed LSS projects.   Responsibilities:   *Employ Lean Six Sigma methodologies and manage and coordinate Enterprise level process improvement projects that interact with Department of Army and DoD processes and projects.   *Mentor and coach Black Belts & Green Belts and/or project team resources in Lean Six Sigma best practices.   *The individual will serve as domain knowledgeable resource in advising client on tools and techniques to improve the development, collection, analysis, and reporting of process capability information related to LSS projects.   *Client interaction will be regular and sustained, encompassing both formal presentations and informal, routine communication.     Qualifications:   *TS/SCI   *Bachelors degree in Business, Political Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field  and 12 to 15 years of related experience required.   *The individual must be a certified Master Black Belt, or Lean Master Black Belt with minimum of 5 years of application in Lean Six Sigma.   *Experience in any one of the following areas: business process improvement, Six Sigma methodology, Lean methodology, performance management, or analysis.   *5 years or more experience producing and communicating findings to leadership via written and oral presentations     Desired Skills: *1 year or more experience supporting a client within DOD or the Intelligence Community.
