Performance Management Consultant, Ci Poly - 36137

Description Seeking an energetic, articulate self-starter, who will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of a performance management program for information sharing within the intelligence community. The individual selected will support the development of metrics and measurement tools as well as the analysis and interpretation of collected data.  Subsequently, the individual will use their experience and expertise to help produce performance improvement plans whose implementation will measurably improve information sharing.  This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the ODNIs oversight of the IC by assessing and improving the performance of information sharing throughout the IC.   RESPONSIBLITIES The primary responsibilities for the Performance Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) include:

• Design and validate performance metrics to measure information sharing across the Intelligence Community.
• Create measurement tools, collect data throughout the IC, analyze and interpret the results.
• Write reports for specific customers to include heads of IC agencies, the IC Information Sharing Executive, the DNI, GAO, OMB and the congressional oversight committees.

  QUALIFICATIONS Required:

• 10 plus years experience in the Intelligence Community.
• Strong, inter-personnel skills.
• Ability to convey complex situations and processes in clear, easily understandable ways.
• Clearly understand the big picture with the ability to work the details.
• Strategic planning, goal setting, successful plan implementation.
• Experience working with senior executives.
• Team building, collaboration across organizational boundaries.
• TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.
• Requires bachelors degree or equivalent, and ten to twelve years of related experience.
