HR Generalist - Global Banking

Position Description This position will be an HR Partner for Global Banking within the ICG.  This position will provide a range of HR support & consultation in the areas of employee relations, leadership development, staffing, performance management, talent review, and compensation Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall HR direction and advice clients on employment practices, corporate and divisional policies/procedures, and compensation and recognition programs.


• Improve HR capability by partnering with other members of the HR team to develop and implement new and/or improved programs and processes. 


• Work closely with Senior Generalist and lead initiatives around diversity, compensation, and resource management


• Partner with Industry groups to assist with recruiting, and also executing different stages of recruitment cycle


• Focus is on performance management, and compensation process management, and various project related initiatives.


• Coordination with HR team and industry groups


• Partner with business leaders and the leadership team to develop business objectives and plans. Interpret what HR strategies are necessary to deliver the business results. Drive the alignment of objectives, work, and communications across the organization by working closely with human resources leaders in various parts of the company.  Lead change management initiatives.

Knowledge/Experience

• 4-6 years in Generalist capacity with experience in partnering with senior in the development of HR strategies


• BS in Business Administration


• MS/MBA preferred, SPHR preferred
