Description

Seeking candidate to provide support to address specific training, learning knowledge management, and strategic human resource management requirements. Specifically, this effort will provide the technical support necessary to conduct a requirements analysis; formulate an implementation plan; conduct market analysis and development of a compensation strategy; establish a communication plan and prepare marketing material; tailor provided training material and conduct training to be used to successfully implement DCIPS within Naval Intelligence. Perform a requirements analysis and develop training, communication, compensation and marketing plans for DCIPS implementation. Based on analysis conducted, the contractor shall develop a DCIPS Project Management Plan that will assist the Naval Intelligence Community with DCIPS implementation.

Minimum qualifications for this position is bachelors degree or equivalent, and twelve to fifteen years of related experience.
