Key Role:
Ensure the effective management of the regions alcohol and drug program in support of the Installation Management Command, Southeast Region (IMCOM-SE), Human Resources Division. Provide for the monitoring and analysis of civilian drug testing conducted by each IMCOM-SE garrison per the Drug Free Workplace Program and monitor IMCOM transition from central contract to garrison ASAP function for Department of Transportation (DOT) required drug testing and alcohol testing of all safety-sensitive transportation employees required to have a commercial drivers license. Monitor the status of ASAP personnel receiving Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry Association (DATIA) training and certification to enable them to serve as DOT specimen collectors. Manage the submission of installation Army Substance Abuse Program reports, as required. Collect, evaluate, and share best practices in support of region civilian testing and Employee Assistance Program. Manage the installation compliance of the Drug Free Workplace program, including supervisor training, employee education, employee assistance program, and drug testing. Monitor submissions of monthly 3711 reports, provide analysis, monitor the submission of installation quarterly driving under the influence (DUI) and urine analysis (UA) reports, and provide analysis.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: -10+ years of experience with drug and alcohol analysis -Experience with managing drug and alcohol programs -Experience with drug and alcohol compliance training -Secret clearance -BA or BS degree Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
