Partner Nation Liaison Manager - 01081554

Key Role:
Conduct operations with foreign nation militaries, governmental and NGOs, embassies, and US Army Reserve and National Guard. Develop solutions to complex organizational problems with minimal guidance. Recommend measures to improve methods, performance, and quality of product or service and suggest changes to increase efficiency. Manage and control schedules and costs to provide on time, within budget performance of all aspects of the contractual effort. Provide direction for operations of subordinate staff organization and ensure compliance with all management policies, plans, and procedures. Provide recommendations for the resolution of technical and personnel problems.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: -10+ years of experience with DoD in operational theaters -Experience with Military Service, Army, or Marine Corps -Experience with DoD and Army plans, policies, standards, and methods aimed at the acquisition and support of military systems -Experience with the complete life-cycle management of military systems -Secret clearance -HS diploma or GED required   Additional Qualifications: -Experience with EOD -Experience with Operational at the Mid-grade Officer and Senior NCO level, including O-3/E-7 -Knowledge of Improvised Explosive Device defeat techniques preferred -BS degree in Engineering, CS, Systems, Business, or a related scientific or technical field preferred; MS degree a plus.   Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.   Integrating the full range of consulting capabilities, Booz Allen is the one firm that helps clients solve their toughest problems, working by their side to help them achieve their missions.
