The selected Training Specialist plans and coordinates the training and documentation for a new changed service. Conducts the research necessary to develop and revise training courses and prepares appropriate training catalogs for both technical and non technical personnel in IT.
Requires BS/BA degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline.
Requires 8-10 years experience.
Identify training and documentation requirements.
Produce training and documentation plan.
Prepare all student materials, course manuals, workbooks and course critique forms.
Instruct personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars.
