JOB DESCRIPTION

Conduct classroom instruction and perform duties as an observer/trainer during JI-CTC rotations for the 304th MI BNs Officer Education System (OES) courses. The contractor shall maintain and update courseware as needed to ensure accuracy and relevancy of the material. Prior to conducting any instruction, contractors will attend instructional training as required. Furthermore, the contractor(s) will qualify on each module of instruction IAW existing procedures.



Prefer BS/BA degree.


Requires 5-8 years experience.


Must have knowledge of intelligence preparation of the battlefield, current military intelligence organizations, equipment and capabilities, the intelligence life cycle, collection management, reconnaissance and surveillance planning, and joint, interagency and multinational intelligence systems.

Must be proficient in joint, interagency and multinational intelligence operations. Prior experience in GWOT or OIF/OEF and Phase IV Targeting Cycle is essential. Must be knowledgeable of the military decision making process, collection management, asset management, targeting, systems knowledge set, analysis, and the orders process. Experience with the Army AAR process is preferred.

Current TS/SCI Clearance
Maintain all Instructor Certification requirements as specified in TRADOC Regulation (TR) 350-70 and as supplemented in local regulatory policies (to include all courses determined necessary by government to maintain proficiency and relevancy) within 60 days of employment ; failure to do so may result in termination.
Possess current instructor qualification requirements upon acceptance of employment as required. Such instructor qualification requirements include, but are not limited to; Instructor Training Course (ITC), ITC refresher, Small Group Instructor Training Course (SGITC), SGITC refresher, and Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC).
Will qualify on each module of instruction in accordance with existing procedures and in coordination with the Course Manager. This requirement ensures that contract instructors are well versed and meet all existing requirements - as well as those requirements that may develop as a result of course growth and modification.
Be able to express themselves in English and meet oral and written grammatical guidelines in DA PAM 600-67. All applicants must possess interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and work effectively with students, staff, cadre, superiors, peers, and subordinates alike.
Possess the following skills (at a minimum), Military Map Reading, Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield (IPB), Military Symbology, Military Decision Making Process (MDMP), Intelligence Support to Collection, HUMINT operations, Analysis, Asset Management, Targeting and the Intelligence Synchronization process. It is preferred that such experience is no more than 30 months old at time of employment.
