Defines, designs and implements continuous improvement programs to ensure programs are integrated vertically and horizontally across organization. Defines improvement projects aligned with business strategies. Analyzes improvement programs and potential results. Facilitates and coaches improvement teams. Establishes and maintains performance metrics to measure program success. Installs process excellence supports for program governance, project reviews, communications, training, certifications and rewards. Six-sigma certification highly desirable. Champion for commercial best practices to enhance operational efficiencies and cost reductions through programs such as Six Sigma; develops and manages process improvement and preventive action boards driving a culture of continuous improvement across the EGLS program; provides independent audits of key processes; focus for achievement of AS9100 certification; maintains all program level Dashboard and key performance metrics; manages training delivery and certification across the program. Between 12 and 15 years experience; direct experience at NASA human spaceflight centers strongly desirable. Security Clearance Required.
