Human Resources Process Integrator - Project Manager

Work with key business area members to further develop, integrate and champion Personnel Development, Training, Recognition and Succession Planning efforts as a customer strategic objective.

-Create HR services to enhance and cultivate personnel competencies
-Map customer objectives to personnel objectives
-Identify training curriculum to support personal development, plus corporate and dept.

-Facilitate integration of corporate & local career planning efforts
-Develop mentor/protege opportunities
-Manage staff recognition program
-Develop knowledge management capabilities

Requires BS/BA degree.

Requires 10-12 years experience.

-Excellent communicator in both verbal and written mediums
-Ability to tailor approach working with all organizational levels
-Document processes and procedures

-10+ Years HR management experience with federal agencies
