Our client is a leader in their industry and is looking for an Organizational Development Leader who can take their company to the next level in terms of culture, leadership and development.
This new position will be in charge of the development of succession planning, performance management systems, on boarding and all other phases of culture/management training development within the organization.
The qualified candidate will have hands on experience in the areas of the development of performance management, succession planning and other areas related to company culture development. Must be tactical as well as strategic, a great independent worker and thinker. Must have a strong background in Organizational Development, including models, theories and training, and be a take-charge person. Must be excellent at project management, relationship building and working with senior management. Bachelors degree, Masters degree preferred
$120,000 - $140,000, plus bonus and relocation
