Human Resource Generalist

Our client is one of the top financial services providers in the world. They are a broadly diversified organization providing banking, insurance, investments, mortgage and consumer finance products and services.

Primary Responsibilities: Effectively and proactively provide human resource consultation on all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition and workforce planning, compensation, employee relations, employee engagement, organization development, performance management and development, for supported client group.

Requirements:

• Experience leading sales incentive design and compensation for senior sales executives is a must.




• Demonstrated success in leading managers on organizational structure and design.




• A strategic perspective with the ability to contribute to the creation, implementation and evaluation of client and HR department strategies


• Ability to influence at very senior levels of leadership




• Outstanding relationship management skills
