Description
Key Role:
Lead the development and management of a health practice in the areas of organization transformation and change management, organizational efficiency and process management, and human capital management. Work with federal health clients, in the role of business developer, delivery lead, and functional expert. Demonstrate knowledge of the market and how to leverage the resources of Booz Allen to successfully sell and deliver $3-$5 million annually within the first 12-18 months of assuming the role. Work with a diverse team of consultants and execute people programs to advance the teams capabilities for the market and each individuals professional growth. Exhibit an executive presence, work with senior-level or equivalent clients, shape Booz Allens role in helping to achieve their mission and goals. Work with teams in IT, supply chain, assurance and resilience, modeling and simulation, and global health to bring total solutions to meet our clients unique needs. Maintain responsibility for the financial performance of projects and the team, become adept at using resources efficiently and effectively, and apply experience with large-scale organizational transformation projects, account experience, existing client relationships, and functional expertise and credentials.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
-10+ years of experience with management consulting
-Experience with health and public health
-Experience with management consulting, organization transformation and change management, organizational efficiency, process optimization, human capital management, and process implementation -Experience with account management in the public health domain -Experience with generating management consulting revenue and leading and managing accounts in excess of $3M
-Experience with building successful teams and growing staff
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with consulting for a large firm
-Experience with strategy development, project management, and team leadership
-Experience with building and maintaining client relationships
-Experience with developing consulting opportunities in a client environment
-Ability to perform as a thought leader
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Possession of excellent presentation skills
-MBA or MA or MS degree in Public Administration, Public Health, or a related field preferred
