The ED of HR -serves as a resource to all employees and management in the all departments and provides assistance with complex policy interpretation and highly creative problem solving. Direct recruiting activities within client group and lead division-wide recruitment strategy, process and compliance efforts. Must be aware of and favorably impact the employee relations climate to assure consistency across the organization. Manage HR generalist and recruiters across multiple locations.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations concerning employment and the interviewing and hire process. Maintenance of all required pre hire and offer documentation. Responsible for meeting departmental record keeping standards and all compliance objectives including requisition process, background verifications, and commitments in offer letters.
Create and develop recruiting metrics by business unit. Routinely report back to business units.Coordinates with recruitment team members to consolidate and develop all Recruiting functional reports (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly) by Recruiter, region, customer, and organization wide.
Analyzes trends, interprets data, and makes business-relevant recommendations.
Reports impact of business performance based on analyses and recommends improvements.
Builds and maintains performance reports for customers and executives.
