JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Vice President of Total Rewards, this position will be responsible for Benefits and Retirement Plans globally.
- Responsible for all aspects of design, strategy, administration, communication and governance of the Company’s benefits and insurance programs including health and welfare and retirement plans as well as management of the Benefits staff.
- Develop comprehensive global benefit and retirement program strategies
- Manage the design, planning, negotiations, development, communication, and administration of employee benefit plans and programs for the United States
- Oversee, benchmark, and ensure consistent programs internationally
- Manage relationships with third party administrators and vendors
- Analyze current market trends and cost sharing methods to develop plan design and contribution strategy recommendations that will maintain the company’s competitiveness in the industry
- Develop and administer the benefits and retirement budgets and departmental annual operating plan and forecasting
- Develop employee communication and change management materials
- Demonstrate leadership, develop and manage a highly skilled team.
- Present concepts, strategies, and presentations to Senior Management
- Work closely with Retirement Plan Trustees, Investment Committees and other governing entities in administering and monitoring our retirement and benefit programs from a legal, design, and compliance perspective
- Manage non-qualified executive benefit programs
- Lead due diligence for benefits M&A activities
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree required. Advanced degree in Business, Finance, HR or related field preferred
- 5-10 years of experience in a mid-to-senior-level management capacity, managing and driving benefits design and administration; proven track record of working with senior management teams globally
- Knowledge of global benefit programs, legal and regulatory requirements
- Ability to effectively manage people, including remotely and across borders
- Strong analytical and communication skills
