Housing Education Course Director/Program Manager - AFIT. Full time position supporting Air Force Housing Education Program at the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT) Civil Engineer and Services School, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. Develop annual schedule for on-site and off-site courses. Develop budgets to support courses and program administration. Manage the Housing Education Review Committee (HERC) to analyze and evaluate housing education courses. Coordinate HERC issues within the Program Review Committee (PRC). Develop the Housing curriculum and lesson plans for on-site, satellite and other distance learning courses. Screen and approve students. Manage the Education Working Groups in accordance with AFIT guidelines. Bachelors Degree in education, training or equivalent with 10 years experience in training and education program administration. Microsoft Office 2007. Preferred: Masters degree. Five years housing experience, Certification as a Defense Privatization Manager Level I Security Clearance Required.
