DescriptionKey Role:
Apply knowledge of HR policies and programs to provide research and project management support for executive-level programs and processes. Serve as a task lead on new program initiatives, manage existing programs, and prepare and deliver briefings to HR colleagues and Booz Allen Hamilton executives. Manage the senior-level staff assessment process, conduct analyses on retention and development needs, and maintain awareness of industry trends on executive-level HR-related topics. This position is located in McLean, VA.QualificationsBasic Qualifications: -8+ years of experience as a HR generalist -Experience with all functional aspects of HR, including the assessment process, employee counseling, compensation, and development programs -BA or BS degree   Additional Qualifications: -Experience with program management -Experience with Microsoft Office -Experience with gathering and analyzing data from diverse sources -Knowledge of HRIS systems, Cognos, and PeopleSoft -Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment -Ability to turn data into information that persuades and influences decision-makers -Possession of excellent analytical skills -Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills -Possession of excellent problem-solving skills   Integrating the full range of consulting capabilities, Booz Allen is the one firm that helps clients solve their toughest problems, working by their side to help them achieve their missions.
