Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s desired.
10 years experience in a human resources generalist role with at least 5 years of management experience.
Must be effective in influencing management to own and commit to key initiatives.
Be able to understand the business area and customer requirements.
Have fundamental understanding of key principles for managing projects.
Must have strong/effective communication skills as well as presentation skills.
Team player is a must.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining recruiting strategy.
Staffs the organization with candidates (internal or external) that meet the job requirements.
Oversees the process for input and maintenance of HR data.
Assure all compliance reporting i.e. Affirmative Action Plan, Equal Employment Opportunity Report and the Vets-100 report.
