The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience within the banking industry designing and delivering incentive programs for multiple business units. They will have strong analytical skills but also be consultative and be able to develop strong relationships. Candidates should bring a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree and additional designations are highly desirable. This is a new position open due to growth and relocation is available.
