Job Description:
Provide overall HR direction by counseling and coaching business managers the human resources strategies, policies and practices in the areas of employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and training. Develop key business partnerships and lead initiatives that build capabilities in staffing, identifying/building talent, building employee engagement, reward and recognition, and aligning/defining organizational structure. Advise and influence GWM O&T senior management team members on people-management and leadership initiatives.
