Serves as the staff officer responsible for developing, staffing, managing and documenting the key events, initiatives, and activities that provide the DoD CI & HUMINT Enterprise with valuable "Lessons Learned" that can enable CI/HUMINT leaders the ability to recognize and appreciate the best practices and significant lessons learned during the conduct of field CI/HUMINT operations.
