Seeking candidate to provide support to address specific training, learning knowledge management, and strategic human resource management requirements. Specifically, this effort will provide the technical support necessary to conduct a requirements analysis; formulate an implementation plan; conduct market analysis and development of a compensation strategy; establish a communication plan and prepare marketing material; tailor provided training material and conduct training to be used to successfully implement DCIPS within Naval Intelligence.
