Provide coaching and training that proactively address employee relation issues, legal issues, recruitment processes, including interview training and performance management. Results will provide leaders with skills necessary to develop employees at all levels. Provide development activities for employees that will enhance their professional development. Assist in the management and execution of business continuity plans.
