Provide end-to-end management and administration of organizational measurement systems and processes. Design, develop, and implement meaningful measurements to assess the organizations progress and the success of strategic objectives and determine the overall health of the organization. Work closely with the client, many in the most senior positions within the organization, to determine the most appropriate measures of success.
