Organize and present information with text-based summaries, infographics, graphs, tables and charts using MS Office applications and business intelligence applications such as Tableau.
Develops or collaborates to develop technical solutions and leads technical training related to client configurations.
Monitors overall client satisfaction and ensures appropriate level of service delivery. Oversees the Client Advisory process and monitors adherence to procedures and guidelines.
Contribute to generation of annual revenue consulting budget by partnering with producers in all insurance lines to cross-sell HR services and maintaining and developing client relationships.
Actively participates in department talent recruiting process including employee recruitment, selection and onboarding.
Demonstrated expertise in C#, modern software design patterns and CS fundamentals.
Plans, conducts, and participates in analysis of complex accounting assignments, ensuring that all assigned projects adhere to appropriate accounting standards.
Support the compliance agenda of the West region or specialty area. Understand applicable regulation and monitoring regulatory developments in applicable line of business.
Including policy and procedure manuals, recruitment processes, and educating on compliance with all local, state and federal laws in relation to employment practices.
Provide insightful and credible technology advice that balances the functionality, costs and risks of the proposed technologies and maximize business value.
