Oversee and lead the implementation of the QRMP (Quality Risk Management Process) system and operational standards as outlined in the factory accountability list in order to achieve targeted RCR.
Responsible for the use and understanding of ACNielsen syndicated data, Spectra demographic data, NPD syndicated data, customer and internal proprietary data, predictive analysis tools and statistical modeling.

Ensures that marketing conclusions and recommendations for all research conducted are clearly communicated, bringing the research conclusions of studies directly to bear on the marketing issues and opportunities. Shares responsibility with Brand Management clients for recommendations regarding business decisions on individual brands.
Ensures proper focus and prioritization of marketing research resources against assigned brand needs and help ensure that the right "team" resources from other functions are brought to bear on brand needs.
Identify competitive, category, consumer, shopper, and retailer insights to validate current concepts and identify new opportunities that will drive growth, volume and profit objectives.
Develop category financial plans and monitor delivery against objectives. Ensure effective and efficient use of A/C/T budgets. Provide commodity and price management.
